The order in which your hotel’s disconnection gets solved, step by step.
The problem we solve
Your boutique hotel, with ten to eighty rooms, almost never has a full-time revenue manager. It doesn’t need one either: it needs its technology, its strategy and its team to stop deciding each on their own.
When those three pieces don’t talk, something quiet happens: nobody holds the hotel’s brand together consistently. The website goes out of date, reviews go unanswered, content goes stale. The hotel becomes one more room on Booking, interchangeable with the one next door. And when someone, a traveler or more and more often an AI assistant, asks where to stay, they find Booking or Expedia first, not the hotel.
Three steps, one flow, like a good check-in.
Data. Make it all talk to each other.
The PMS holds occupancy, the OTAs hold rates, the website its own metrics. We cross all three every morning so you decide on a single reality, not on loose fragments that never talk to each other.
Done with
Strategy. Decide with the full picture.
Rates, channels and marketing are planned together, not separately. With the full picture of your hotel, each decision builds on the last and feeds the next, instead of starting from zero every week.

Execution. Be found where people decide.
We turn strategy into action: your website, SEO, paid media and the data AI needs to recommend you. Whoever is looking for you, a person or an AI assistant, finds you, not a middleman.

The four pillars, connected
Each step is carried out by one or more of our four pillars, and none of them works on its own. This is how they hand off the work:
- Data measures where each booking comes from and how much margin it leaves. The other three make decisions with that figure.
- Revenue Management sets the price of every night and, every week, flags the dates that need guests.
- Hotel marketing invests in those dates, with a cost-per-booking cap that never exceeds the OTA’s commission.
- Technology welcomes those guests on a fast website that ends in a direct booking, and the measurement starts again.
That’s why we recommend all four: when a pillar is missing, the loop breaks right at that point.

How it starts
The first step is the assessment: you answer a few questions about your hotel and see right away where your four pillars stand. From there, we start with the data.
